⚠️ Important: A one-way long-distance trip is billed for round-trip drive time, since the vehicle has to return empty — a 2-hour drive is billed as 4 hours. On a same-day round trip (drop-off and a later pickup), each leg is billed for its actual one-way time instead; if there's real wait time between your drop-off and your return pickup, that's billed separately at $20/hour, with the first 30 minutes free. All drive time is rounded to the nearest half hour. We're always upfront about this — no surprises.
For a shared ride with multiple pickups or drop-offs, we automatically work out the most efficient order to keep the total drive time — and your fare — as low as possible. Estimated tolls (using our TxTag rate) are shown separately from your fare, never built into it.
Groups of more than four people, or trips with a large amount of luggage, will require us to rent an appropriately sized vehicle. The rental cost is passed on to the rider, and the hourly rate may be higher than our standard rate. Contact us ahead of time so we can quote the right vehicle for your trip.
Splitting a long trip with other Aggies heading the same way? Check "Willing to Share" when you book — if we notice another rider headed the same way at a similar time, we'll personally reach out to see if you'd like to split the fare.
🏈 Special pricing may apply during high-demand events such as Texas A&M home football games, graduation weekends, and other major College Station events. Contact us in advance to discuss availability and rates — we recommend booking early as spots fill quickly!
